The logistic hub for transhipment in Kotka
The coating plant was upgraded to meet the current requirements to concrete weight coat 108,800 steel pipes in Kotka. From the storage yard, pipes will be transshipped to Koverhar and Karlshamn for interim storage, or directly to the pipelay vessel during construction. Wasco will employ up to 300 people directly, and at least 100 people indirectly for the duration of the project.
