Solitaire installs the pipeline in the Gulf of Finland
In this view from on board pipelay vessel Solitaire, the pipeline is installed into the Gulf of Finland. The pipes are welded together on board the vessel, then the welds are tested before the pipeline is lowered down to the seabed in a continuous string.
