Pipe storage near the port of Koverhar
Near the Finnish port of Koverhar (near Hanko), 61,300 concrete-coated pipes for the Nord Stream 2 project are being stockpiled and stored. During the construction phase, the pipes are delivered to the pipelay vessels according to a meticulous schedule. Various phases of this process also take place at the company's other three major logistics centres, the ports of Kotka (Finland), Karlshamn (Sweden) and Mukran (Germany).
